Return Policy – Nelaro

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If not, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.


Conditions

  • The product must be in good condition

  • No improper use

  • In its original packaging, if possible


Refunds

Once the product is received and reviewed, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer assumes the shipping costs for the return

  • In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will assume the costs


Defective products

If your product arrives damaged or does not work correctly, contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt.

Include photos or a video of the problem, and we will offer you a solution as soon as possible.
